Using our special half gallon mixing pitcher or container of choice mix:
1/2 Cup of dry product with each quart of water when making soy or whey milk.
3/4 Cup of dry product when making "chocolate" or "nog" per quart of water.
Some settling will occur and some protein will tend to float until completely hydrated... mix, blend, whip or pump pitcher handle before serving.
For Soychata use 1/4 Cup dry product per serving.
A high speed hand-mixer works well as does a wire whip. Many customers use quart or half gallon canning jars with decorative lids to mix and store product... simply shake before serving.
Product taste and function will improve overnight as all ingredients become fully hydrated, so it is practical to keep product mixed ahead. Product will normally last from 5 - 7 days in a 40 degree refrigerator.
