Q: How can I view the status of my order?
This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
B: We do not ship outside the U.S.
C: The free shipping does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping charges outside the Continental US will be added to your order. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be done through the USPostal Service.
Q: How do I change my "customer Information profile, or password"?
A: If you are an existing Best Life International customer
but purchasing for the first time through our new store front you will need to enter a new password.
