Mexican Eggnog
Preparation:
In a 3-quart pan over medium-high heat, bring Sammi's Best Soy Nog, water and vanilla to boil. Boil gently for 5 minutes. Let cool.
In large mixing bowl, beat yolk at high speed for about 5 minutes until thick and lemon colored. Reduce speed to low and gradually add cooled Sammi's Best Soy Nog mixture and rum flavoring. Refrigerate until well chilled.

Ingredients:
4 cups water
3/4 cup Sammi's Best Soy Nog
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
4 egg yolks
1 tsp rum flavoring
