Gingerbread Mocha

 

1/3 cup instant coffee granules

½ cup Sammi’s Best Mocha Coffee Creamer

1/2 cup sugar or Stevia in the Raw

¼ tsp of cinnamon

¼ tsp ground ginger

1/8 tsp nutmeg

1/8 tsp ground cloves

 

 

Vanilla Café’ Au Lait

 

1/3 cup instant coffee granules

½ cup Sammi’s Best Vanilla Coffee Creamer

½ cup sugar or Stevia in the Raw

1 vanilla Bean split lengthwise and placed on top of mix

 

 

For Vanilla Ginger Café’ Latte

 

Follow the recipe above and add 2 tsp of finely chopped candied ginger on top of mix instead of the vanilla bean

 

Hot Chocolate & Vanilla Swirl

1 cup Sammi’s Best Mocha Coffee Creamer

1 cup Sammi’s Best Vanilla Coffee Creamer

½ cup sugar or Stevia in the raw

½ tsp of ground cinnamon

¼ cup mini marshmellows on top of mix

 

 

Hot Buttered White Chocolate Latte

 

1 cup Sammis Best Original Coffee Creamer

4 tbsp Molly McButter flakes

1/3 cup instant coffee granules

½ cup sugar or Stevia in the Raw

1 tbsp of dark brown sugar

¼ cup white chocolate chips on top of mix

For the adult version add an ounce of Rum to each cup before adding hot water

 

 

Hazelnut Cookie Café’ Latte

 

1/3 cup instant coffee granules

½ cup Sammi’s Best Hazelnut Coffee Creamer

4 tbsp Sammi’s Best Original Coffee Creamer

½ cup sugar or Stevia in the raw

1 tsp ground cinnamon

Place a piece of Biscotti on the top of the mix

 

 

Hot Peanut Butter Mocha Cappuccino

 

4 Tbsp of powdered peanut butter

1/3 cup instant coffee granules

½ cup sugar or Stevia in the Raw

¼ cup Sammi’s Best Mocha Coffee Creamer

Top 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips

 

 

Peppermint Mocha Cappuccino

 

1/3 cup instant coffee granules (for Peppermint Hot Cocoa just omit the coffee granules)

½ cup Sammi’s Best Mocha Coffee Creamer

½ cup sugar or Stevia in the Raw

6-8 hard peppermint candies finely crushed

 

 

Mexican Eggnog 

 

Ingredients

 

4 cups water

3/4 cup Sammi's Best Soy Nog

 1/4 cup sugar

 1 tsp vanilla

 4 egg yolks

 1 tsp rum flavoring

 

In a 3-quart pan over medium-high heat, bring Sammi's Best Soy Nog, water and vanilla to boil. Boil gently for 5 minutes. Let cool. In large mixing bowl, beat yolk at high speed for about 5 minutes until thick and lemon colored. Reduce speed to low and gradually add cooled Sammi's Best Soy Nog mixture and rum flavoring. Refrigerate until well chilled. For all of you that want to have Sammi's Best all year round. Enjoy this delightful recipe for a little richer Sammi's Best Egg Nog. Makes 6 cups

 

Frozen Banana Smoothie

 

Ingredients

 

1 frozen banana (cut into chunks before freezing)

1 ½ cup Sammi's Best Soy (liquid)

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp vanilla

 

Preparation: Blend in a blender until smooth. You can use other frozen fruit such as strawberries or peaches. 

 

Extra Protien Power Kid's Chocolate Frosty

 

Ingredients

 

 6 ounces 50/50 Blend

15 ice cubes

 1 scoop Chocolate Meal Replacement

1 tbsp. Cocoa Powder

1 tsp Stevia

1/2 frozen Banana

 

Put all in blender and blend until smooth. Yummy! 

 

Sammi's Best Meal Replacement

 

Ingredients

 

10 ounces water

1/3 cup Vanilla Sammi's Best Meal Replacement

Fresh strawberries and/or 1 whole banana

 

Preparation: Measure water into blender or shaker with a lid. Add 1/3 cup Sammi's Best Vanilla Meal Replacement. Blend or shake until thoroughly mixed. Add strawberries and/or banana. 

 

Sammi's Best Meal Replacement can replace a complete meal. Add any fruit, or drink as a vanilla shake. Preparation: Blend in a blender until smooth. You can use other frozen fruit such as strawberries or peaches. Also, you can use peanut butter or Sammi's Best Soy Chocolate for the Sammi's Best Soy.

 

Strawberry Smoothie

 

Ingredients

 

1 cup reconstituted Sammi's Best Soy Soya-Rice or Whey & Rice

½ cup strawberries

4 large ice cubes

 

Preparation: In a blender measure 1 cup Sammi's Best Soy, Soya-Rice or Whey & Rice. Add ½ cup strawberries, adding ice cubes as you blend.

 

Yummy Soymilk Chai

 

Ingredients

 

4 cups filtered water

2 tbsp loose leaf tea (earl grey/orange pekoe, etc.) or tea bags

1 cinnamon stick or powdered cinnamon to taste

4 cardamom pods, lightly crushed to break pod

4 thin slices peeled fresh ginger (or dash of powdered)

7 or 8 black, pink or white peppercorns

Sweeten to taste

Fennel seed (optional)

1 cup Sammi's Best Soy or Soya-Rice (reconstituted)

 

Preparation: Boil water in a saucepan. Add spices and simmer 5 to 6 minutes. Add tea and steep for 1 to 2 minutes. Strain. Heat Sammi's Best Soy or Soya-Rice reconstituted separately but do not boil. Sweeten soymilk to taste. Add strained tea to Sammi's Best Soy or Soya-Rice reconstituted. Stir and serve in warm cups. Drink and enjoy. You can use your imagination with the spices and the tea. Peachy Tea Smoothie

 

Ingredients

 

8 Tea Bags of Peach flavored tea

2 cups water

1 cup powdered Sammi's Best Soy

1 tbsp organic evaporated cane sugar or honey

3 cups canned and or frozen sliced peaches

 

Preparation: Bring 2 cups of water to boiling; Add tea bags and let them steep for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags. Chill the tea in freezer for 15 to 20 minutes. In Blender put the chilled tea with 1 cup dry Sammi's Best Soy milk, peaches and honey or organic evaporated cane sugar in blender or food processor. Cover and blend on high speed about 1 munute or until smooth. Serve immediately.
